90-day money back guarantee
If your BeastMouth muzzle isn't everything you hoped for, you have 90 days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement. No interrogation, no restocking fees.
What qualifies for a return
Items must be in usable condition with all original parts and straps. Wear from normal try-ons and walks is fine — we only decline items that are destroyed, chewed through, or missing components.
Free gifts or bundle extras must be returned along with the bundle if you refund the full order.
How to start a return
Email pirelac5910@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, attach a photo — that usually lets us ship a replacement the same day without a return.
We reply within 24 hours with return instructions and, where a return is required, the address to send it to.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected — or once we approve a photo claim — the refund is issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Your bank or card issuer usually posts the money within 5–10 business days after that.
Exchanges and sizing
Wrong size? We'll swap it. Tell us the size you need (XS, S, M or L) and we'll send the replacement as soon as the exchange is approved.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not already shipped. After that, use the standard return process.
Shipping costs
Shipping to you is free within the US. Return shipping is covered by us when the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage.
Late or missing packages
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will either re-ship your order or refund it in full — your choice.
